The protest against the government continued this Saturday in Tirana, with citizens gathering initially in "Skënderbej" Square and then marching towards the Prime Minister's Office. On the 119th day of the mobilization, in addition to the demand for the resignation of Edi Rama, calls have also been added for the judiciary to investigate senior officials. The protesters have raised accusations of corruption and affairs, referring in recent days to the case of the former director of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni.
The protest comes after a week of mobilizations in front of Parliament, where there were tensions between citizens and police. "Rama, resign" and "Your end has come" continue to be among the main calls, while protesters declare that the rallies will continue.
