“Prime Minister Rama has led Albania for 13 consecutive years and, in my opinion, is one of the most prominent and respected leaders in the world today. He is a clear and courageous voice on the international stage. He is also a steadfast friend of Israel, who has stood by us in difficult times. We greatly appreciate his commitment to Israel’s security and his firm stance against anti-Semitism and terrorism.
"This was an in-depth conversation about strengthening relations between our countries, as well as the situation in the Middle East and the Western Balkans. Thank you, Edi, for your sincere friendship and for Albania's deep friendship with Israel!", wrote Gideon Sa'ar in X.
