According to preliminary information, the minor was in the elevator to go down to the first floor of the restaurant, when a joke between him and another waiter ended in tragedy. Enes Isaku and his colleague, 26-year-old Endri Stafuka, were joking with each other at the moment when the 16-year-old entered the elevator to go down to the first floor of the restaurant. During this moment, the other waiter is suspected of having pushed him with his hands and pressed the elevator button, in order for his colleague to go down.
