Inter's Shareholders' Meeting approved the balance sheet for the 2025/26 financial year during a remote meeting held today, attended by President and CEO Giuseppe Marotta, as well as the club's senior management. The financial statements for the 2025/26 season show revenues of 518 million euros. This is the second best result in the club's history, after the record set last season, when revenues reached 567 million euros.
The extraordinary result of the previous season was influenced by the additional income brought by participation in the FIFA Club World Cup and reaching the UEFA Champions League final.
Net profit of 22.7 million euros
Inter have once again closed the financial year with a positive result, recording a net profit of 22.7 million euros. According to the club, this result was achieved thanks to the consolidation of revenues, supported by the increase in commercial and match-related income, as well as the reduction of production costs. These costs have been reduced by around 20 million euros, or 4% compared to the previous period.
The figures show that the neroli club has managed to maintain a high level of income even after a previous season characterized by extraordinary revenues. Although the total amount is lower than the record of 567 million euros, Inter continues to record positive financial results.
The group's financial position also improves.
Another important development is related to the group's net equity, which has returned to positive territory, reaching 10.4 million euros. At the end of the 2024/25 financial year, this value was negative by 12 million euros. This means that, within one financial year, the net equity position has improved by 22.4 million euros, marking a significant change in the club's financial situation.
The improvement in this indicator, together with net profit and maintaining revenues at high levels, reflects Inter's financial performance during the reported period.
Financial expenses are halved after refinancing
A significant role in this year's results was also played by the reduction of financial costs. During the reporting period, these expenses were reduced by about 50%, or 19 million euros.
According to the club, this reduction is related to the refinancing operation completed at the end of last year. The new financing is characterized by a lower cost of capital compared to the previous agreement, reducing the financial burden on the club. This development has helped to improve the final result, as the reduction in financing costs leaves the club more room to manage its economic resources.
New investments in sports infrastructure
In parallel with the improvement in financial indicators, Inter has launched a significant investment plan for the development of sports infrastructure. The investments include the Inter Training Center in Appiano Gentile, as well as the Konami Women & Talent Center in Interello.
These projects aim to develop the club's structures, including the infrastructure used by the teams and the center dedicated to women's football and talent development. In this way, Inter is combining positive financial results with investments in infrastructure, while revenues of 518 million euros and net profit of 22.7 million euros constitute the main indicators of the approved balance sheet for the 2025/26 season.
