Two people have been arrested as part of the operation being carried out by the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) for the AKSHI file. Fatjon Kalluci, Head of the Police Scientific Laboratory, and Embro Sulejmani, a businessman in Durrës, were arrested. Meanwhile, checks were also carried out in the Shkozet area in Durrës.
Fatjon Kalluci, head of the Police Scientific Laboratory, has been arrested as part of the SPAK operation related to the Ergys Agas investigation. Embro Sulejmani, owner of a business in Durrës, has also been arrested.
As part of this operation, searches were carried out at the apartment of the former head of the Police, Ilir Proda, who was previously questioned by SPAK, as well as at the apartment of the director of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni. The Special Court has imposed the security measure "house arrest" on Vlora Hyseni at the request of SPAK, and has also suspended her from duty. The measure against Hyseni has not been executed as she is abroad, while she is suspected of two criminal offenses, aiding the perpetrator of the crime and leaking state secrets.
