- Memorandum Mirëkuptimi (MM) për njohjen reciproke të Certifikatave të Kompetencës së Detarëve, në përputhje me Konventën Ndërkombëtare STCW 1978, me qëllim lehtësimin e punësimit dhe forcimin e bashkëpunimit dypalësh në fushën e arsimit detar.
