Socialist Party MP Elisa Spiropali strongly criticized the territorial reform in her speech in the Assembly. After her, DP leader Sali Berisha spoke, challenging Spiropali to accompany her criticism with a vote against the reform, otherwise this is hypocrisy.
"The lady's concern is very serious. The man who is presenting, now called reform, is a collaborator with "Eco Tirana" of an organization, the 'Ndrangheta."
This man, for 7 years at "Eco Tirana", has embezzled, squandered from 2017 to 2023, hundreds and hundreds of millions of euros, and Tirana has become dirtier every year.
