
Businessman Valon Lluka was arrested today by the Kosovo Police. The news is reported by sources of Klan Kosova. The Basic Prosecution of Pristina has also issued a statement on the case, through spokesperson Kaltrina Shala. She said that Lluka is suspected of several criminal offenses.
"Referring to your request, we inform you that, by order of the State Prosecutor, one (1) person with the initials V.Ll. has been detained for 48 hours, because he is suspected of committing the criminal offenses "Fraud", under Article 323, "Misappropriation of foreign assets", under Article 318, "Misuse of economic authorizations", under Article 284, as well as the criminal offense "Conclusion of a harmful contract", under Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Regarding the case in question, the prosecutor of the case, in cooperation with the Kosovo Police, is undertaking all necessary investigative actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the case. Meanwhile, the State Prosecutor, within the legal deadline, will consider the possibility of imposing any of the security measures against the defendant", - declared Shala.
