The Facebook page of the late academic Rexhep Qosja is managed by his nephew Valjet Qosja. He has shared with the public notes Qosja wrote in his diary in November 2020, when EULEX arrested former KLA leaders with arrest warrants from the specialized chambers in The Hague.
Qosja wrote about this, asking what Europe wants. "What will it achieve with these Special Court Trials? To equate our defensive war with Serbia's war of conquest," his note says, among other things.

These pages from Rexhep Qosja’s (unpublished) diary, written on 4 and 5 November 2020, record his reaction to the arrest and transfer to The Hague of leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army and Kosovo political figures. In his notes, Qosja describes the raid on Jakup Krasniqi’s home, the arrests of Jakup Krasniqi, Rexhep Selim, Hashim Thaçi and Kadri Veseli, as well as his concern about the establishment and functioning of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers. The transcription of the pages is published below, accompanied by reproductions of the original scans.

EULEX uniforms rushed to the home of former Kosovo Assembly Speaker and historian Jakup Krasniqi in Pristina and his home in his native village today.
Their raid on Jakupi's house lasted from early morning until the afternoon, the media say, for nearly nine hours. Ouch! Ouch!
What rudeness! What cruelty! Later it is learned that even his books that he had written were taken – to see what he had written and what he had thought! European “democratic” Stalinism!
This behavior towards the KLA spokesman is, in all likelihood, a prelude to the behavior that will follow towards the president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, indicted by the "Special Chambers for Kosovo" in The Hague.
In the evening it was announced that Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, the head of the (Self-Determination Movement) parliamentary group in the Kosovo Assembly, had been taken to The Hague! Our media is saying disparagingly: they traveled to The Hague!
I am very sad. I am overcome with great regret. We are experiencing difficult days!
Kosovo is institutionally not capable, not prepared to protect anyone or anything.

Uniformed EULEX forces today took the President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, and the leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Kadri Veseli. EULEX jeeps are seen escorted by Kosovo police jeeps taking them to the airport!
Before being taken over by EULEX, Hashim Thaçi resigned from the position of president of Kosovo — after the decision of the Kosovo Special Chambers in The Hague that the indictment against him had been confirmed was made public!
Kadri Veseli has resigned from his position as PDK chairman. He emphasizes that he has also resigned from all other official duties he held.
These are the most shocking confirmed indictments, which greatly burden the KLA, which also burden Kosovo as a state, which greatly burden all of us.
Twenty years after the war, we are being prosecuted criminally and "legally" by the Special Court that we ourselves created.
Those who will now be judged by it created that Court!

…we can prevent the UN, the USA and the EU from creating that Court, but we ourselves, in no way, should create it. We should not accept to condemn ourselves. Our war was a defensive war, a liberation war, a war to protect our lives, our homes, our land, our existence from the occupation, exploitation, oppression of Serbia. Defensive, liberation wars have never, throughout history, been brought before judges, have not been condemned in Europe. Why, they want to condemn us now! This is the great wonder. And this wonder will be terrible if we ourselves participate in its creation – to condemn ourselves! No! No! No!
But Hashim Thaçi was insistent that we create this special Court ourselves!
It was later learned that Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Vesli and Rexhep Selimi were taken by military plane to The Hague!
Oh, oh, oh, how shocked I am! Yesterday Jakupi, Jakup Krasniqi, and today these three! Hashimi, Kadriu, Rexhepi!
What does Europe want? What will it achieve with these Special Court Trials? To equate our defensive war with Serbia's war of conquest?!
