The massive fire that engulfed Lalëzit Bay on Tuesday evening was extinguished at around 02:00 in the morning. The flames approached a tourist complex and a residence, forcing the evacuation of vacationers. Fortunately, no residence was affected by the fire. Firefighters remained on the scene until the fire was completely neutralized.
Meanwhile, the fire in the Biza forest remains active. Difficult terrain and dense vegetation are preventing ground intervention. Aerial vehicles are expected to be deployed to extinguish the flames.
