The 126th protest against the government ended this evening with a new call for mobilization. Citizens announced a protest on October 13, at 2:00 PM, in front of the Ministry of Education, calling for a boycott of classes. The rally began like every evening at “Skënderbej” Square, from where citizens marched towards the Prime Minister’s Office. In front of the building, they demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his cabinet, while also conveying the message “There is no EU with Edi Rama”.
In the speeches held in front of the Prime Minister's Office, there was also a call for preserving the unity of the protest. The activists claimed that the division of the protesters is one of the methods used, according to them, by the system they oppose. The march then continued towards the Durrës road, with stops in front of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health. The 126th protest ended in "Skënderbej" Square, where the participants sang the national anthem in front of the Skënderbej monument.
