The Special Court of Appeals has upheld the first instance decision for 16 defendants in the call center case, accused of computer fraud and organized criminal group.

According to the verdict, the sentences range from 6 years and 8 months to 8 years in prison. The highest sentence, 8 years in prison, was given to Bruno Cobo. The sentences for the 16 defendants are:

 Bruno Cobo – 8 years in prison
Elisa Caci – 7 years and 4 months in prison
Gilbert Palushani – 7 years and 4 months in prison
Valbona Abedinaj – 7 years and 4 months in prison
Erion Kastrati – 7 years and 4 months in prison
Aldo Pasku – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Bruno Gjika – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Rezarta Ibrahimi – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Orland Cani – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Florjan Bregu – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Hamit Dobi – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Greta Gjoci – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Gjin Shelnishta – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Antoneta Malo – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Silvana Veliu – 6 years and 8 months in prison
Mojsi Zuna – 6 years and 8 months in prison

With the decision of the Special Appeal, the sentences given by the first instance remain in force. The defendants are accused of having been involved in computer fraud schemes through call center activity.
