Donald Trump has reportedly chosen Katie Zachariah, a conservative lawyer and analyst with ties to the MAGA movement, as the new White House press secretary to replace Caroline Levitt.
However, it is not yet clear whether she has accepted the US president's offer. Caroline Levitt left office last August to focus on her family, after giving birth to her second child a few months ago.
According to the New York Times, 41-year-old Katie Zachariah is a conservative commentator who briefly worked for the Department of Homeland Security.
According to her LinkedIn profile, she works as a communications consultant at Trump Media and Technology Group, which runs Truth Social. She briefly served as press secretary for former Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem and is a frequent contributor to conservative media outlets. ©LAPSI.al
