New details have been revealed from the Lezha police action, leading to the arrest of 3 armed individuals who were riding a stolen motorcycle on the old Lezha road, ready to commit the murder of a person known as a "strongman" in the Lezha area.

The arrest of Vincent Piroli, Kristian Ymeri alias Shkambit and Elden Tarja is being pursued by the Lezha police and prosecution, which has launched investigations for "Unlicensed possession of firearms and ammunition", "Providing conditions to commit murder" and "Trafficking in motor vehicles".

But data suggests that this case will not remain in Lezha for long, as SPAK has also shown interest in capturing them, in the hope of breaking into a criminal group that commits murder for hire.

It is learned that the murder was planned to be carried out this morning, but the perpetrators who had undertaken to carry out this work in the field, did not at any time notice the silhouette of the target they were looking for.

But while walking down the street with the stolen motorbike and covered in diving suits, they were filmed by several security cameras installed in the area. Meanwhile, their presence was also noticed by local residents, who notified the police.

The Lezha criminal police have made the most of the information by conducting several checks in the area and setting up checkpoints. Thanks to the good blocking of the area and the introduction of police agents, it was possible to locate and then arrest the people who were standing on the motorcycle.

During their search, firearms and telephones were found. One of them is Vincent Piroli, a person of high social risk, involved in several criminal incidents and registered by the police as a hired killer.

Piroli himself turns out to be a character with previous criminal precedents, having previously been accused of a murder in Montenegro. Meanwhile, in January 2022, he himself was the target of an assassination attempt in Shkodra.

Piroli was arrested by police on the outskirts of Lezha, while driving a Volkswagen. Firearms and a motorcycle stolen in Sweden were found in the apartment of the arrested Elden Tarja in Barbullush and in the surrounding areas.

The police also seized the Volkswagen and the motorbike allegedly used by the suspects. This incident has already raised strong suspicions that this unit of hired killers also participated in the serious assassination attempt that took place in Saranda, where "Tani i Ruzhdiut" was killed.
