The Inter Board of Directors has approved the draft balance sheet for the 2025/26 financial year during the meeting held today at the club's headquarters. The financial statement for the 2025/26 season shows revenues of 518 million euros, registering the second best result in the club's history, after the record of last season (567 million euros), characterized by the extraordinary income secured by participation in the FIFA Club World Cup and reaching the Champions League final.
"The balance sheet project closes with a positive result, with a net profit of 22.7 million euros - the blue and white club's press release states - This result was achieved thanks to the consolidation of turnover and a reduction in production costs by around 20 million euros, equal to 4%. Commercial income increased by 7%, mainly thanks to the increase in income from the sale of the club's products, supported by the new business model implemented with the partner Fanatics. Matchday income also increased, taking into account the average for each event. Income from player sales increased by 11 million euros, along with a decrease in depreciation and impairment of multi-year player rights, by 8 million euros. The performance of the financial year made it possible to return the Group's net capital to positive territory by 10.4 million euros, from a negative position of 12 million euros at the close of the 2024/25 balance sheet."
And further: "As for the Group's financial expenses, during the financial year in question a reduction in financial expenses of around 50%, amounting to 19 million euros, was materialized, attributable to the refinancing operation completed at the end of last year. The new financing is characterized by a lower cost of capital compared to the previous one. It should also be noted that the Club has launched a significant investment plan for the development of the infrastructure of the Inter Training Center in Appiano Gentile and the Konami Women & Talent Center in Interello".
"During the summer transfer window, the team at the disposal of coach Cristian Chivu, in his second season as coach of the Bianconeri, expanded with the arrival of new international talents to join a consolidated group that faces the ninth consecutive Champions League and Serie A as Champions of Italy - the press release states - At the beginning of the 2026/27 season, a new partnership was signed with BBVA, a leading banking institution in the sector and with an innovative fully digital offer in Italy. BBVA is the Official Sleeve Partner and Official Banking Partner of the Bianconeri club, as well as the Front Jersey Partner for all youth teams from U18 and below.
