Gabi makes a shameful gesture, Rüdiger gets out of control: the ugly side of Atletico-Real Madrid

Almost everything is now known about the fiery derby in which Atletico Madrid defeated Real. The fierce controversy over the refereeing then moved to the press conference, with a stinging Mourinho and a Simeone who played the role of "firefighter". While the consequences of the debates seem destined to continue for a long time, as confirmed by the latest post of "Colchoneros" in response to the coach of "Merengues", new images of the clashes that took place on the bench come to light. Very harsh exchanges, but also bad and shameful gestures that, unfortunately, were recorded by the cameras.

Rüdiger furious on the bench against a focused Mourinho

As is often the case, among the most irritated at Real Madrid was Rüdiger, a player who is always at the forefront when controversies erupt. The German defender complained to someone on the opposing bench: apparently some harsh words were exchanged, while Mourinho was “surprisingly” calm on the bench and focused on the match and how he could change the fortunes of his team together with his collaborators. As for the collaborators, one of them had a completely different behavior.

The mistake is reaching for the genitals.

A video shows him trying to understand the reason for the opponents' complaints. At one point, the former footballer and currently Diego Simeone's second assistant makes an extremely vulgar gesture, raising his hand to his genitals, right in the direction of the German defender of the "Merengue".

The clash at a distance continues in clearly harsh tones, with the next meeting in the dressing room, while members of Mourinho's staff try to give the German support. And it was precisely Rüdiger who, before leaving the pitch, had a face-to-face confrontation with Hjulmand. All these moments were later filmed by fans present in the stands and confirm how tense the challenge was from start to finish.

Without a doubt, beyond the controversy over refereeing decisions, there were many moments that could have been avoided and that do not do the sport in general a good service. Neither did the mutual accusations and references to the World Cup confrontations between Bellingham and Romero benefit La Liga. The break for international matches comes at the right time to calm the blood. It is better to turn the page after this ugly performance in front of the whole world.
