The Albanian national football team has successfully completed preparations for the second match in the UEFA Nations League, focusing fully on tomorrow's match against San Marino. This key match will take place at 20:45, at the 'San Marino Stadium', where the Rossoneri aim to get maximum points.
This morning, the national team held its final training session at the 'House of Football', under the direction of coach Rolando Maran. The focus of this important session was on the players' physical preparations, as well as on the tactical aspects that will be implemented during the match, analyzing the details of the opponent's game.
The Communications Department of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) has announced that the group of players is in optimal physical condition and there are no reported health problems that could affect the team's performance. As in the match against Belarus, the only player who will not be available to coach Maran is midfielder Klisman Cake, who is continuing his recovery process. However, his condition is improving significantly and he is expected to be ready for the next match against Finland.
Another change in the squad is goalkeeper Simon Simoni, who will not travel with the National team, but will join the U-21 National Team. The latter has started the training camp in Tirana in the framework of the friendly match against Ukraine U-21, giving Simoni the opportunity to contribute with his age group.
The Albanian national team will travel to San Marino this afternoon, ready to enter the final phase of preparations. At 19:00, an official press conference will be held, where coach Rolando Maran and one of the national team players will answer journalists' questions, providing details about the strategy and expectations for tomorrow's match.
