Albania, shaken by a series of scandals now internationally renowned, has today been left without the head of its most important national security institution. Vlora Hyseni, head of the State Intelligence Service since 2023, has been suspended from duty, declared wanted and placed under "house arrest" security measure.
The head of the secret service is suspected of having been put at the service of organized crime by helping at least Ergys Agas to hide from justice and by putting information that constitutes a state secret at the disposal of a structured criminal group. With the capture of the State Intelligence Service by organized crime, Edi Rama has marked an unimaginable level of transformation of a state into a genuine criminal organization.
From using bandits for votes when he was running for mayor 25 years ago to today, when bandits use the state for crime, Edi Rama has paved a path that even the most powerful mafiosi on the planet would envy. The dressing with power and political immunity of drug traffickers, murderers and traitors who entered parliament and the heads of municipalities, annihilating the freedom of the vote. The distribution of high official positions directly to members of criminal gangs. The legal and malicious robbery of hundreds of millions of euros from the state budget to feed both the monstrous machinery of vote theft and Surrel's personal garden. The distribution of pieces of Albania to "strategic mafiosi" who launder billions in cocaine and openly carry weapons, just like in Escobar's Colombia. The violent elimination of the dirty money of the opposition, the media and civil society. The life of a sheikh with private jets, 33 thousand euro wine, special treatment and NBA game stands. The shameless purchase of diplomats, ambassadors, European governments and even the head of FBI counterintelligence... All of these, once seen as special phenomena of a corrupt and criminal regime, today give the full picture of a mafia edifice, from the foundations to the top, which is formally called the Republic of Albania.
In this project of transforming the state into a pure ultra-mafia organization, the director would not have had this absolute success without the help of greedy collaborators who translated the power of 1 million votes in 2013 into a license to steal and plunder. The structured organization of the Renaissance, in a pyramidal form, copied the model of mafia clans where murderers and criminals are rewarded and those who refuse to become part of it are punished. It bought the services of a whole series of emasculated officials, mercenary journalists, unscrupulous businessmen, greedy diplomats and miserable oppositionists. Its power is so obvious that, even today when it is in decline, a code of silence reigns throughout the organization.
The collapse of SHISH, and with it the myth of an intelligence service controlled by partner services, is the logical conclusion of Edi Rama's "state". If in world history there are known cases of compromising these services by enemy foreign agents, in the Republic of Albania, Gysi captured the Intelligence Service. Because Edi Rama's state was neither conceived nor ever guided by law, rules and the democratic functioning of institutions. At its foundation was the theft of Albania to steal votes, the theft of votes to steal Albania and the annihilation of any factor that would hinder this project. Such a state cannot be led by a responsible government, an effective parliament and a dedicated administration. It remains in the hands of the head of the dome and the emissaries he delegates to carry out the dirty work.
Along with Vlora, all the alibis that have tried to justify Edi Rama, his good intention to build a modern Albania, with the meanness of his subordinates, the intrigues of his opponents, the speculation of guys like Agasi, etc. have also fallen. Vlora is neither a pear nor a peach that someone eats behind the back of the prime minister. It is the most blatant illustration of how Edi Rama himself has put the country's institutions at the service of his power, which is essentially the power of crime. This time, as proof of a well-known axiom that regimes are both tragic and comical in their end, the power of crime has put the institutions down even in bed. ©lapsi.al
